I've sort of debated with myself on wether or not to submit this wallpaper. It's not a bad wallpaper, in fact I think its one of my best works. Still, one of the reasons why I was hesitant about submitting this wallpaper is because I think I could have done a better version it, and I may do so later on. This wallpaper is part of a series of wallpapers I made using scans from the original Sailor Moon manga. I confess, I'm a bit of a romantic, and and Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask are one of my favorite anime couples. So here it is, Moonlight Love, perhaps the greatest wallpaper in this wallpaper series.
