Plot Summery: A vampire story of a different sort, the opera singer Dimitri finds that he has become an insect like creature that lusts for blood after getting run over by a carriage. He then kills the love of his life, and manages to save her body but not her soul. He spends many years with a clan of other vampire waiting for a new soul to place in her body so that they may reproduce and carry the vampire race into the next generation.
