My 2nd wallie ever! woot! yes, its very similer to my first just a different picture! XD i used the same effects as my first one! lol i'm a NooB GIMP user! i have yet to understand it completly. ITS HARD!! D8< but um yeah i like how this came out! also its of Rin! i Love Rin and i will probably mostly make Vocaloid Wallies. i want to make a ToV wallie soooo bad but i can't find a good scan on Zerochan! >.> oh well, but um yeah a simple Rin Wallie made on GIMP! hope u like it! :3

also i dedicate this to my long lost sister and BFF Naruto Uzamaki12! why? because i freakin love that girl and she deserves to be spammed by meh! >8D
