I think February is special because of valentines. Because, well, it just plainly shows how much love is out there. I think that, it's nice for people to give gifts to each other to show just how much they love them. But it doesn't always have to be a object as a gift, in my opinion. Love itself is a gift all together, and you could just spend the day together, give a kiss to the one you love, ect.
