Here's my ninja submission
The Ryu image is from a Tecmo wallpaper for the game itself, and I found that on Google images (bungie.net is the website). The background was originally a photo of Tokyo at night that I altered pretty heavily. I used a few different textures most of which I get from deviant art.com. All the rest is filters and brushes on Photoshop. Hope you like!
