We continue on with my series of Hotaru/Sailor Saturn wallpapers with this piece. I found this screen shot of Sailor Saturn in a heroic pose, and I tried out a neon glow filter on it to see the effect. I think the picture might have been washed out a little too much, but I think it still works. Enjoy.
