I usually don't like to do layer upon layer of textures- it kinda seems like cheating- but in this case it seemed appropriate. This series is by the same people who produced Mononoke (a sort of sequal). The styles are very similar, and in Mononoke very stylized with papery textures, so it seemed to flow well.
