This wallpaper is of Kyosuke Nanbu. Kyosuke pilots the Alt Eisen, and later the upgraded Alt Eisen Riese. His robot's name supposedly comes from the German phrase "zum alten Eisen gehören" which means "on the scrap heap"... I believe. :| Alt Eisen means "iron giant" and Alt Eisen Riese means "old iron giant"... I believe.

Boy making this was something, Finding a pic of the Alt Eisen is kinda hard, because most of the pics were of the model kit and not regular artwork. Don't get me wrong that model kit is BOSS, but I don't think it would've worked with this wall. I also had to do some things with the brightness on the Alt Eisen and on Kyosuke in the cockpit.
