This wallpaper took awhile. I had to remove the original background from the image of Lelouch, which took a couple of days because i had other stuff to do. Anyway, once the old background was gone, I put a heavy photo filter on the Lelouch image and adjusted the hue to make him look red. After that, I put on quite a few filters and wash layers, until I finally created the wallpaper you see now. Enjoy.
