Okay, first with this wallpaper... I kind of experimented with it, really. ^^" First I made the render with Photoshop Elements 9, made the blue background with the skylines in Corel PaintShop Pro X3, and then finally added a texture and some brushes from Pixlir Image Editor. The image is from www.zerochan.net, I believe, but I'm not 100% sure... XD I kind of liked how it turned out myself, but I'd like to know what all of you think. Anyway, I hope you like this one!
