Ok, I know, the title isn´t the most original :P
I use gimp and picnik to manage the wallpaper and colors. The image of Inoue and Kon I found it in Minitokyo and the background is a combination of two images overlapped. One of theme is from marvelphoto.com and the other freephotoshop.com
