For Momiji Fangirl's "OC Challenge". Aye, I did not intend for this to come out so dark! It just worked out that way because these lyrics fit Reka the best. The song is "Mother, Father" by the Dave Matthews Band.

But anyway, it's Reka as he appears in Eternal Rain's main series, and six years before. He lost his friend, Hisao, who was poor, when he was eight years old (the orange bandana belonged to Hisao), and he's defined by that loss (thus the chains). The two bg images are two cities -- one fancy and well-kept, the other a ghetto, to represent where Reka grew up, and where Hisao lived.
