I decided to give my coloring skills a try and i just discovered how to efficiently use the 'dodge' and 'burn' tool in PS7 and as you can see.... oh yeah, I've gone mad with it!

I did the coloring and the background.

It took me quite a while to do this because at first when i extracted the lineart from the white background and stroked it (to check how clean and easy it might be to color) it was um.. tough. So i decided to just color the lines with overlay but then halfway through making it i somehow figured it would look so much better with colors in it.. hence, after so many flat and shadow layers tada!

But ofcourse, we're not finished, we still have the background... i didn't want to use an already existing background so i made one using:

It's pretty simple... just the way i wanted it!

Now that i look at it, it probably would have been better to use the whole lineart and make them smaller in the entire wallie but anywayz, will edit it some time later...

So, i dedicate this wallie to Josephine. Hope i did justice to your line art by my pretty average coloring skills....
