Wow. Never expected to do such a dramatic wallpaper. Much less a dramatic Hetalia: Axis Powers wallpaper. Though I remembered this song and was recently reading Hetalia. And it clicked that the wallpaper should do something with Hong Kong. I thought this lyric applies to China and it's ascent in today's world. So enjoy.
