When I saw your dedication today I just felt like I had to do something in return. Hope you like it!

So... I did a few "Nana" wallpapers in the past, back when I had no idea what this series was about. But I felt like I never did my best, so this time I wanted to do "Nana" some good deserved justice!
And I finally saw the series last year. Of course, I loved it! And I have to get something of my chest: "I HATE YOU HACHI!!! I HATE YOU!".
Yes, I hate her... because I see myself. Just a little bit, when it comes to the kind and too trusting part. I think Hachi is too kind, especially when it comes to men.

Now, the story behind all this: at first when I started I had no idea it would turn out like this. I started with the background, this time it was easy. I'm really having trouble with backgrounds lately, because it's hard to find big interesting textures. So, did the background. Used a simple standard Photoshop effect: the render.
Recommendation: don't be afraid to use a simple Photoshop effect! They really are useful! ( I hope nobody minds this. I've noticed some people are curious and even take notes when I mention some of my ideas. I decided to keep everyone posted!)
The render gave it an interesting and really pretty grungy look. And also some really nice light!
Then I viewed a lot of textures again; originally I had a different idea for this wall. But then I thought of inserting some good old fashioned "Nana" pics and I'm so glad I did! It turn out to be a really great idea.
I didn't use to many brushes for this wall, actually just one! Funny...
At last I used just some Photoshop shapes for the big circles and the starry part of my creation. And voila!
I don't know if this screams "Nana" to you, but I'm glad I've acomplished my goal and justice was served!
