Another wallpaper for Halloween and it so happens to be my favorite witch, Blair, from Soul Eater. Okay I admit I like Eruka more but Blair is awesome!!! Who doesn't like her personality and her way of trying to win over Soul? I know I do, and thus a wallie was born! I did some touch ups with colors and contrast along with fixing the brushes on it a weeee bit! :D Hope you like!
