THis is another one of my few wallies! :3
I got the background from Google images by searching for "Cool wallpaper" :3 The original scan of the girl is here
I changed her hair colour using Pixlr and did some finishing touches like changing the contrast of the background on Picknik. I apoligize since it's a little messy, I'm still not accustomed to making wallpapers. >.<
