I'm a lot like Luchia Nanami from Mermaid Melody. We look alike in some ways and we have the same sort of personality when I'm joking around, but it's really about a bit more than that. She has a side of her that she has to keep hidden, at least from the majority of people, and it's the true her. She seems just like a normal girl on the outside, but its her closely guarded secret that is her real identity. Both forms are Luchia Nanami, though. In the same way, I have a particularly feral existence hidden away behind the quiet and polite exterior that humans find themselves faced with. It doesn't mean that that person isn't me, but it doesn't define me in the same way as my animalistic side does.

The text is one of the lines from Kelly Clarkson's song "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)". I tend to stick to that idea of "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger", and it helps me pick myself back up when things go badly. I am also, though, an actual fighter. I train to use daggers, and I absolutely love it.
