I've come to a conclusion. I need to watch more anime shows that have a Chinese theme to them. Looking through the scans at minitokyo, I felt rather limited considering that I do not make wallies for something I've never seen/played. And, considering that I used an image from Ikki Tousen for my last New Year themed wallie, I didn't want to do that again.

So, after browsing through all the Chinese clothing themed scans at minitokyo - I decided to go with this image of 'mysterious Clamp girl'. No, it's not supposed to be any particular girl of theirs. Just a 'mysterious Clamp girl'.

I will admit, it was awfully difficult to come up with a basic idea - but once I did it became really fun to make this wallpaper. I do like the way it turned out but, if I have to be completely honest, it's way too cloyingly cute for me. Oh well. I'm still happy with it and that's all that matters, right.
