Here's my entry for akachi shiro's It's a Dragon's World challenge. I was originally thinking of doing a wallpaper of one of the Yu-Gi-Oh! dragons, but then I remembered the Dragon Ball series. This wallpaper ended up being a little experimental, as I used the dodge tool for the first time. I'm not really sure what I'd wish for if I found the Dragon Balls (if they actually existed that is). But then you make a wish on the every year. It's sorta like Christmas money from the grand parents, only you can defy some of the laws of time, space, and death. Enjoy.
