Here is yet another redo of a wallpaper I previously made. This one though required a complete remake. First I took the original screenshot I used and removed the background. Then I found I a nice city background on Minitokyo (which was a challenge considering the type of images usually found on Minitokyo now a days). After that I fiddled around with some filters, applied a rain brush, and there you go. I think this is a huge improvement over the original version. Enjoy.
