Well, we're finally on the Outer Senshi. It took me ages to figure this one out, much like Chibi Usa Haruka's color wasn't one on my pallet so I had to create the pallet from scratch.

Haruka's color is navy blue, so I really had to tweak and mess around with the blue. I added in a splash of red to give it a little warmth and some green to balance out the blue. The background's contrast got a little messed up when I switched the blues around so it looks a little funny but it turned out pretty good.

Sailor Neptune is next followed by Pluto and Saturn. I can't believe we're almost done, maybe I'll have to make one up for Tuxedo Mask at the end. (he is the king after all [prince if you prefer])
