On first place, I love Jiraiya and Tsunade, they are one of my favorites pairing, and when I watched this scene on the episode 128, I felt that Tsunade really has wanted to make feel better to Jiraiya, so, when I was chosing the quote, I was looking for something that Tsunade could say to Jiraiya on these moment… and I think I choosed the perfect quote for them.
