This is for the "Unappreciated" challenge, and yes, I believe Yamazaki (from Welcome to the NHK) is greatly unappreciated. As far as I know, all anyone remembers him for is his annoying English voice actor, where the character has so much more to him.

Despite being the obsessive otaku, he is the one who brings the serious side to the show, spewing out both hilarious and deep quotes, including one of the greatest quotes of all anime (in my honest opinion).

There is so much more to this character than there is at first glance, and that's why I beg anyone who comes by Welcome to the NHK to remember him for more than his voice. >.>
