Textures are this and this. Actually there is an another texture too but i had it on my computer 3-4 years ago and it's not on the place i took it from. But it was on google when i took it i can say.
And at last i used this action.

Then story:

That Noir render was on my computer for years and i was looking forward to use it somehow. I dont know who the girl is but just wanted to use her that picture. I firstly done the background with randomly playing with textures and colors. Changed the render several times and ended up with this. Not much a story i know, but that's how i usually do my wallies: do the bg first than think about the character
