Ah, yes, Touka Fukawa and Genocider Syo. Touka is a shy girl, one who gains crushes easily and has an odd view of love ("He told me to take a bath! He cares about me!"). She gets scared easily and is desperate to stay alive. Oh, and she faints at the sight of blood.

And her "Multiple Personality", Genocider Syo, carries her same passion for boys, only she manifests it in a completely different way. She will "crucify", and thus murdering, males she thinks is attractive using pairs of scissors. She generally has her tongue out (even while talking) and generally has scissors on her person. She isn't completely insane, though. She actually indirectly helps the others in various, minor ways throughout the anime.

Also to explain the title, it comes from what the animators did in the anime when Naegi figures out that she has multiple personalities, shown here.

As for the slightly pinkish theme is because the blood in this anime is pink/purple, shown here and here.
