Submission for the Own The Night challenge!

Vector was relatively easy... Except for that scythe. Metal is so freaking hard to vector so why do I keep doing this to myself?! I spent a solid week on that scythe and while Im still not completely happy with it I know that if I spend any more time on it I will go insane -_-

Side note 1 - Apologies to Spirit who was in the original scan but alas has been edited out, hes a pretty cool character so Im sure Ill make a wallie for him later ^_^
Side note 2 - One of the additional background images I used is from the Soul Eater manga, I cant for the life of me remember which volume but I think its somewhere around the end with everyone in the Book of Eibon. I saved it aaaaaages ago (while the manga was still ongoing) and I wanted to add that little touch of madness, because madness is pretty damn sexy ♥

Original scan - Keeping Madness Sexy
Starting with Paint.Net - Combine a nice background image with a texture and bake at 200*C for 20 minutes. Add 2 scoops of icecream on top. Serves 6-8.
