For Darkarax's challenge; Own the Night!

This scan was terribly grainy when I downloaded it. I had to do alot of cleaning to try and smooth it out, but during some points it would look very blurry and distorted. I tried to fix it up and color it as much as I could, so hopefully it looks okay and that TheO doesn't mess it up too badly. x.x
(For some reason, the end results always end up looking better in Photoshop than what TheO shows for me. It's weird.)
