The Legend Reborn 
So this is what I ended up spending my Labor Day afternoon working on. I ran across the scans for it last night while browsing Minitokyo and it sort of just came together. They were kind of hard scans to work with. Especially the scan of Sailor Moon. I spent an hour or two trying to figure out how to best position our five Sailor Guardians to best hide the text in the hair and the cutoff points of the scans. I was able to paint over the text in Sailor Venus's hair though. As for the background, I know I've used it before for another wallpaper I did fairly recently, but I couldn't find a better image for a start background. Enjoy.
