Dedicated to DOODY for winning my Villains challenge and for being pretty awesome in general ^_^

I havent seen Noragami (yet!) so I did the best I could! I must also add that he had some really pretty blue eyes so they ended up becoming the focus point for the wallie (obviously). I tried *so many* different things with this but each time I only made it worse so I decided to keep it simple in the end.
