Hello all my fellow Otakus. I must say I need your help. I found an image and I DO NOT know who this guy is or what Anime he is from.

He is in the Wallie above ^ and NO! the name on the wallie is WRONG... heehee. It is being used for an image of another anime guys son. It is NOT Kenji Urahara...lol.

If you can give me some leads or even WHO HE IS. I will be forever grateful. Might even make you a wallie if you help me out *smiles*.
