Sorry everyone for not submitting any wallpapers in a long time. I've been suffering from some major art block. With the last few wallpapers I've tried to make, I'd get to a certain point on it and get stuck, either with some technical issue or with something as simple as the title and/or text. Plus between the work for my online classes and my writing, I haven't really had time to work on wallpapers. I especially want to apologize to the two people I still owe wallpaper prizes to. It may take me a while, but I'll get to you eventually. Just try and be patient.

Anyway, I've recently started watching Kill la Kill on Toonami. I'm still a little on the fence about that series, but it is interesting. The other day though, I noticed that there were absolutely no desktop wallpapers for this series here on TheO. So last night I decided to try and change that a little. This wallpaper ended up being almost impossible to do, and I almost decided not to submit it. Because of the scribble-like nature of the image, I couldn't really get rid of the original background. What I ended up doing was I merged the scan with the background layer in Photoshop and painted over the yellow part, and in doing so I kind of shot myself in the foot because then I was unable to do anything with the background. The best I could do in the end was add some texturing and text. Probably not my best work, but not my worst either. Enjoy.
