For number 67, Dance, of the 100 Wallpaper Challenge.

Yeah, there are two "Dance" entries on the 100 Wallpaper Challenge. I was a little worried because all I could think of when I heard "Dance" is Princess Tutu, and I couldn't find very many Princess Tutu scans. Then I discovered sweetdevil's vector. So this is dedicated to her for saving my skin ^^'
