For number 26, Frozen, of the 100 Wallpaper Challenge.

After seeing this video, I've been kinda obsessed with Russia. It's super sad to see all the things he's gone through, and is still going through. He's a very misunderstood character, and he's just another example of how deep Hetalia characters can get. If any of you get the chance, I suggest looking him up ^^ And yeah, you might be able to expect more Russia wallpapers in the future.
