For the background, I use pattern overlay. The brushes are vector linedots by Ihea which I download from BrushKing. And dreamonshapebrushes02 but I forgot where did I got it. If its not from Brushking then it must be from obsidiandawn site. Because I usually downloaded brushes from both of them.
