I had fun doing this! Doing the stars was quite a challenge tho... XD
I really wanted the boy to keep the magic wonder but still have the deformity! (I think I got it colored so its ok)
If I find the time I have a CRAZY idea I might also do but that depends on whether I get lazy... ^^;;

For the pic I colored I used this scan.
For the stars I used this picture, and then a bunch of random round brushes.
