This is my entry for the "Dreaming" wallpaper hallenge hosted by LunaInverse. It has been awhile since my last wallpaper upload. Let me tell you a little bit about this wallpaper.

One of my many dreams is to make a difference in this world. I would like to help somebody, save somebody's life, or do something small that helps them in such a way they remember me. Someday I'd like to do something that helps make a huge difference or even a little difference to make this world a better place. Another way to interpret this is my dream is to also stand up for something I believe in and fight for making a difference in some way as well.

I was originally going to make a different wallpaper but I ended up making a wallpaper featuring Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games movies. She's one of the best examples for me of somebody fighting against the odds and making a stand for what's right. I like Katniss's character, she inspires me to want to be a better person and to want to make a difference.

The overall completion for this wallpaper took about a few hours. I wanted to make something different that wasn't really bright and colorful but more of a wallpaper that had a message. In a lot of the Hunger Games movie posters fire is often used so naturally I applied some fire in my wallpaper. I didn't focus so much on making this colorful but more on making it tell a bit of a story. I really like how this turned out. Text is lyrics from Nickelback's song "Edge of a Revolution."

Featured character is Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games movies and books.
