This actually ended up being a harder wallpaper to make then I anticipated. I've had my eye on doing something from Free! for a while, but unfortunately I don't know much in the way of the series, so that's always been on my mind before. However, after seeing these scans, this idea popped into my head, and this was the end result. I did the render of Makoto, but ended up using an already rendered version of Nanase because I didn't like the one scan I could find of this pose (it just wasn't that great of quality). There was a lot of playing with different elements too (although it still kind of looks painfully simple). I still do like the finished product though. It just kind of fits my wallpaper style, if that makes sense.
