"I'll Show You I have the Power to Protect"

Well for this entry I decided to choose Accelerator for many different reasons. The first being he is the strongest esper in all of Academy City and is flipping awesome in a fight, and he is also introduced as a bad guy so I thought he fit the description. However my main reason for liking this character so much is watching him progress throughout the series from being a villain to becoming a main character who resolves himself to protect others rather than destroy things. Watching him grow as a person and strive to be good makes him one of my favorite characters, especially in Volume Twenty (but I shan't spoil that), of all time. Plus he's an awesome fighter and rarely ever looses a fight, most people can't even land a hit on this awesome dude. However if you don't read the light novels of this series you sadly don't get to see nearly as much he has grown as a character nor do you get to see him become one of the three main characters...so yeah people should read the light novels too.
