This is my submission for this challenge. I'd like to start by saying I absolutely adore V-chan. Growing up, I didn't appreciate her as a character as much as I do now. I didn't really get to know her quite as well. After finding out Codename: Sailor V was a thing a few years back I tore through it and the sailor moon manga in a matter of weeks.
Because if that, I felt much more connected to V-chan. What was missing from childhood, I found in the mangas. I watched her grow from a silly boy crazed teen girl into a wonderful heroine that lost her true love Adonis for the sake of her mission to protect the princess. I think, there's something to be admired about that. She changed so much in those three volumes that she became a whole new character.
Even after that, reading sailor moon's portion of the story her character is still developing! When sailor Neptune and Uranus come into play and she's the only one who doesn't have her powers back she be comes frustrated with everyone. She runs off on her own an gets in some real trouble only to realise she has to rely on everyone, she's not a loner anymore. I feel like sometimes dearest V-chan doesn't get the credit she deserves. While my Wallie is a little plain, I hope it does her justice.
I used orange pixels in the background because her training came from a videogame originally. I wanted to show her origins along with her bad@$$ery. She's the original, sailor Venus.
