It almost takes me as long to type a decent description as it does actually making the wallpaper. The reason being is linking my sources can take awhile, especially if I closed out the pages that held their URLs. But I somehow manage.
This is my first Sailor Moon wallpaper that I've made for awhile. I felt like making something featuring ChibiUsa as Chibi Moon so I did. Lots of shiny and purple and pinkish colors. Trying not to go overboard with all the pink is hard because, pink is basically her theme color. I tried to give it a whimsical theme that represented Chibi Moon in my mind. I think I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.
This wallpaper features ChibiUsa as Sailor Chibi Moon. Overall time of completetion would be around 2 hours.
Dedicated to SmallxLady as it is her birthday today. Hope everyone enjoys the wallpaper.
