I honestly think people are forgetting that I didn't go through any official channels and that my stance has been that mass teasing, for whatever reason, isn't something we want to see in chat. I did mention it to Beth because I didn't know what had triggered it. Once I learned more...

Trying to hold someone accountable for mob/herd mentality would be pretty stupid, which is why I didn't do it. People, thought it was harmless and it just had a bad chain reaction, nothing more. It doesn't change the fact that I was annoyed and frustrated though.

And now I think people are forgetting that I'm just talking on my blog and still not requesting anything be done, other than to discourage jokes when it's apparent they're getting out of hand.

Anyway, I vented, it's over with and I really wish people would just move on. It's kind of sad since I was over it until people started taking meaning from my post and comments that wasn't there. -_-

No, the kick now is questioning my judgment and calling me irrational because I talked about it on my blog. Moderators have an official place for bringing things up if they feel it's warranted. I didn't bring it up since it was a misunderstanding and I didn't see a need for action.

So since no action was warranted I blogged about it because I was upset. People know that a personal blog isn't official and I made no calls for anyone to get in trouble. So I'm being slammed and told I'm immature for stuff I didn't do.

I didn't say anyone should be held accountable, what I said was I didn't want to see that kind of mass teasing in the chat. People are asumming I'm blowing it out of proportion when they weren't even there and didn't see what happened.

It's no different than when I see other members being snippy with people cause say they like Twilight. I tell them to knock it off since it's not fun to be mocked.

Anyway, I don't know why people think it's okay to tell me I'm having a cow when they haven't seen the chat logs. It's ever so easy to tell someone they're over reacting when you yourself don't have the full facts.

It's also why I rarely blog when I'm frustrated. People can be really dumb at times and I don't enjoy having them mob me for having an opinion, especially when they do so without bothering to ask me for clarification.

So there are people who are still on that whole Utah kick, or whatever they were saying that was bugging you? Meh. The indicator of an immature mind, dragging something on way past the point where it was funny (if it ever was to start with).

And just to be clear... I am 100% dead serious about blocking people. I will do it. I am that annoyed with all the assumptions and downright rude behavior from people who should know better.
