I always go with a really long password. I normally come up with ones that are about 15 or 16 characters if permitted. And they're all variations of the same thing too, so that way I don't have the same password for everything >:3

I have a generic password i usually use, and its an animal, and then another word. That one is for accounts I'm not sure I'll access again, but if i do, i know what i used.
Then i have a more difficult password for stuff i use everyday or so, and its "ilove" and then a person's name and their birthday. Never been hacked. (:
Just as a point of reference, while a password like I <3 theOtaku would definitely be rather secure, technically speaking, the "best" passwords are randomly generated combinations of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Something like d43E#72r%6 would be virtually uncrackable (but, unfortunately, also not so easy to remember, at least at first).
Ick. Hackers. Like a flimsier, more pitiable version of house robbers. Seems like you took care of it pretty quickly, though, which is good. It could've been a lot worse if it had gone unnoticed any longer.

'Idont<3Adam.Period' would make one hell of a great password.
Just speculating.
