Bah! im as weak as a noodle T^T i used to be strong & be able to do push ups with ease but now my elbows & shoulders give out. & yea im supposed to be exercising to begin with but i dont. XP i had to go to physical therapy a couple of months ago cuz of my back & thats when it really hit my on my fitness stats DX the doc had me on some bike thing & my knees felt like they were gonna explode X.X im not over weight or anything [im 5ft & weigh 100lb lol...yea im short O___o;] the only exercise i get is when my brother comes over & we start wrestling [well more like grapling (sp?)] we'll be going at it for hours untill we're both tired. i have alot of stammina (sp again?) ...& then im sore in the morning -_- but thats expected.
oh crap this is getting long. well have a nice day

Huh... I did 15 push-ups on my last fitness test in May-ish. I guess that's okay 'cause I'm young, but I've been working out lately. Maybe I can get to be as strong as the Bossman!
I guess my fitness is okay. I ran and did soccer in the spring, and now I swim and do karate. So I guess I'm better off than others! :3

lol i can't even make it up to 20 anymore xDDD; sometimes I can.. but I get weak in the elbows too easily and then my teacher stopped me that one time too.. I wanted to keep going! LOL xP but er.. I guess walking would be my physical fitness.. it was good walking a lot at AX xD too bad it's over now.

I don't really exercise at all. But I'm trying to so I can join the tennis team this year. I'm going to start riding my mom's exercise bike. If I can stay on that bike for half an hour then I'll be happy. Or maybe that's pushing myself a little too far. Meh guess I'l find out soon.
As for push ups I think when we had the fitness test at school I did 16 ^^;
Wow, Adam you sure are fit. Pushups are not for me, I'm terrible doing them and wouldn't be able to do much of them but I'm very resistence, I can walk or run for long periods of time.
Damn, Adam, 46 pushups is pretty hardcore. I consider myself reasonably fit and at my peak when I do around 160 pushups every day I can probably get to 35 in one sitting. Of course, I don't really count it as a pushup unless my chest almost touches the ground. I suppose I gauge my fitness by being able to continue my workout schedule for a while, or by being able to run about 4 miles without too much trouble.
I haven't hiked as much this year, been too wet or humid for it. Over all I've been lax with my health lately so I don't have a means to gauge my fitness at the moment. I know it's not where it should or could be though.

I am gross and probably can't do 20 consecutive push ups and probably never have been able to. I'm a soccer player so I'll use that as my excuse. We don't really need our arms.
Mostly I just run. See how long I can go for, how fast I can push it. Pretty basic stuff.
ummm... well I don't ^^' soemtimes I will see howmany sit ups I can do, but thats just about it, but I keep active at my job since I am not aloud to sit at all >.>

Stand up and walk. I've been too sedentary for too long, even the walk across the street to grandma's house leaves me winded. Gotta get back into some regular walking as well as swimming now that summer is here.
And congrats on getting close to your old standard again.

I run. Mainly the 100 meter dash.
Anything higher than 15 seconds is bad. Luckily for me, I'm running the 100 in 12 seconds. I feel pretty good about myself.

I got up to 33 consecutive just now while it's late, I'm tired and a little twitchy.
Not bad for a little cold exercise, but still. Damn. Should be better . . .
