Lol but in all honesty I don't think there's much I would change. I like theotaku the way it is. I would just make sure everyone got along and argueing remained to a minimum.

One thing I would definitely remove though is that top 100 members list. I've noticed lately that people are spending alot of time just trying to gain subscribers so they can make the list. I can't stand to see people do that because that's not what theotaku is about. Makes me feel like they're treating the members as points and not people. With that list gone though that would be avoided.

But I could never be Boss-sama. We'd all miss you too much. ^^ I doubt there's anyone in the world who would be willing to deal our madness aside from you. Sounds to me you got the bad end of the deal XD

Thanks :D Glad you like my idea. Though I did not mean a world, I meant a whole new section on theO. It would be a page where contests are listed and sorted by date. These contest 'announcements' could be submitted in the same way as submitting an fan art, it would only differ in content and just text :P

First of all, I would get rid of the popularity thing. The front page always shows recent art with the most votes, but I hate that since I think other artists deserve attention too. So I'd bring back the most recent drawings to the front page.

Hmmmm if I were bossman I would add the cosplay section again, split the updates in the backroom into world/fanart/e-cards/etc and I would add a contest page/section :D ^^
Members could submit/announce their contests by filling in a form. eg.:

Just like the fan words, I would let someone check these submissions before actually putting them on the site. The contest would then be sorted by the deadline ^^

If I became bossman, I would add more customizations to the world layouts. Then I would add a submission page in the backroom so I wouldn't have to redirect myself to the fanart/wallpaper/ecard section first.

Hm...if I was the new Bossman I'd also allow submissions in PNG and other formats(except GIF apparently), there'd be no size limit...oh, and you can play music on the chat....

Glad to hear you enjoyed the game that much! Seems hard these days to find anything that's 9/10.

Okay okay, more serious now. Um...I'd bring back the jukebox. And probably allow for bigger pages on the fancomic section because it's a tad annoying to keep clicking download for higher res and I'm pretty sure the section had a different resolution before the VV switch which killed a lot of existing fancomics. And...I dunno.

I'm gonna give the writing thing a shot even though as of now not a single one of my fanwords has been published. But meh, maybe 3rd time's a charm? ^^

Well just to be clear... I don't want to be in charge. >_> No way in hell. *coughsorrycough* And now that I've gotten that out of the way. I'd change the updates in the back room to seperate the updates by tabs.

World updates on one tab, submissions on the other. I don't like how it only displays so many and shoves things off the list if too many people update/submit things.

That or I'd have a master friends list that highlights their name indicating they've updated. Like the backroom to myO has.

I saw that, and it's a really cool idea. I know I won't make an official entry this year, but I may give the challenge a go in my own time just to see what I can do with it.

I have a short list of things I'd try to do for all members:

• Open video embedding to more than just YouTube.
• Create user options for "Ad Links" on their Worlds (allow all links in rotation to show, Select preferred links to show, or turn off completely).
• Fix error pages to have the normal welcome box with backroom, portfolio, etc links.
• Restore/enhance the midi Jukebox.
• E-cards could use some attention (music playing in BG, removal of "/n" in empty lines glitch, tracker for sent cards in the backroom).
• The Subscription update list could also use some work (whole thing not marking as read when one item is viewed, being able to see unread updates that are pushed off the list in the backroom).
• Enhance privacy filters for Worlds (add subscribers and preferred member among other more specific user options) and portfolio.
• Add option to turn comments off for individual posts/submissions.
• Bring back the Cosplay hub.
• Add full featured photography hub.
• Remove private Worlds from Worlds Ranking database.
• Add indicators to private worlds in portfolios.
• List recent World updates in portfolio.

And that's the short list.

hmmm -_-' I would probably change the members bit, so if you know somebody's name but not all of it when searching, it will give you a list of related names, just to make it easier.
