I vote hair. You actually wouldn't look bad bald, but I think the hair is c0oler.

On the other hand, the bald-look makes it seem like you can control people's mind. o_0 definietly an awesome feature.

I think that you're one of the few people who can successfully carry the shaved look. It would look good, if you did it.

Why not try to cut your hair shorter than you usually cut? Not completely bald, a very short haircut, perhaps? Then if you like it you could try the bald one.
