Boyfriend Problems

So my boyfriend is mad at me all because i'm moving. I'm stil going to be going to the same damn school but he's acting like i'm maoving far away and i'm not. I tried talking to him in the halls and he blew me off.
I'm beyond pissed and i'm considering breaking up with him because i can't take it anymore

So there is this guy and he is like stalking me and my boyfriend caught him looking at my butt. I told my boyfriend there is more too the story and now my boyfriend is mad and won't talk to me that much..... What should i do?
