That's Benedict Cumberbatch, the actor who play Sherlock in the Sherlock Holmes television series. It's a fairly new show, and it's also excellent. I highly recommend it. The person who plays Watson (Martin Freeman) in that show also plays Bilbo in the upcoming movie, The Hobbit (and I think even Benedict has a role, if I'm not mistaken). *____*
