Oh no it's fine don't worry about the long comment I appreciate it. I wrote this last night when I was really tired and was feeling really down. I've been doing better today and got a fair amount of things done today which was nice. The only thing I'm waiting on is my laundry. Blasted thing won't finish soon enough lol. But I am taking a break from drawing. I'm going to do some water color for a bit and see what happens from there.

Clue I know how you feel since I've been struggling with making that type of decision too.
I am really sorry that you had to pull yourself out of Full Sail due to financial issues but that doesn't mean that you need to give up on drawing.
Just continue to do what you like to do and have fun with it, but don't pressure yourself.
You also shouldn't worry about getting comments either. I think some people are comment shy or something? But your artwork does get plenty of attention you know.

The other thing I can say is just keep drawing and experimenting with different mediums and adding different details to your drawings. but at the moment I think you might need to take a break from drawing to recollect yourself?

Seeing that we're talking a lot, I'll just comment sort here... I'm sorry to hear that you had to pull from Full Sail :/ I was looking forward to seeing you go so I can't imagine the disappointment. But its not over yet, one day you'll live your dream~
Another thing, no matter how many people want to cheer you up, its got to be you who accepts it and makes a change inside yourself. Sometimes it seems impossible, but changing perspectives on issues definitely helps with moving forward.
And maybe you'd be good at drawing because you told me you've done it most of your life and have a deep love for art. That tops anything. So don't give up, that would be cowardly and I know you're stronger then this. *highfives*

All the stress from trying to get things done with full sail then having to withdraw and trying to get ready for the party on saturday has gotten me to the point where I don't like my artwork and all I can do is copy and don't have a style at all.

Tattoo artist? I think that would be wonderful~ I think you would make an excellent tattoo artist! You have great skill~ And I don't get many comments either, and sometimes not at all but that's okay, people are busy and things are taking a toll on everyone with it being the end of summer in all~ Just keep holding on because people will be back to comment, life is just crazy for everyone right now...

I know it just hurts and whenever I get a little better something else just pushes me right back down and I have to get up again. I have a few artworks that I've been meaning to finish, but I just haven't been able to motivate myself to work on them.

It really pains to hear this, life is just really rough, y'know.
I thought Full Sail would have been awesome for you, but hey, don't get your hopes up. Things like these can work themselves out sooner or later.

Huh, I actually thought you've been getting a lot of comments on your works lately. I see 6+ comments on each one lately. That's more than I get!!

Don't let the NUMBER of comments and feedback get you down. Instead, focus on each one that you DO get, and try to take that advice and apply it to the next one! It's about quality sometimes. :> But even if you don't get much feedback, don't let it stop you from enjoying the hobby of drawing!!

Once I got really discouraged that I wasn't getting enough attention and my attitude and art suffered. You can't focus on the negative! Keep your head up!!

Also, DON'T GIVE UP ON FULL SAIL!!!!! Yes it's hard to get money to go to college, but if art is worth as much to you as I think it does, you have to grit your teeth and keep trying. Don't give up. You can find SOME way to raise the money. If all else fails, get student loans. You can always get those.

Being a tattoo artist is something that you would excel at, since you're great at copying what you see! I hope that you keep trying to follow that dream, Clue.

Hey now. If you weren't good at drawing, you never would have been accepted into that good of a school in the first place. And people that tell you you are good at what you do mean it. If they didn't think you were good, they wouldn't say anything.
I know it's rough when you've put all your cards on the table and don't feel like you're going anywhere but nowhere. But, you'll get through it and life will get better. I can promise you that.
