Thanks so much and I completely understand with the tension thing. What actually helped me keep a steady tension with the string is I started to loom knit and worked with that for a while. I"m hoping that if I can focus enough on it today I will be able to finish it either this evening or tomorrow morning.
I bet it will look beautiful when it is finished. My crochet skills are rather awful XD I tend to have problems with keeping the tension of the yarn consistent. The last time I tried it kept getting too tight, haha. It is something I want to learn and improve though, I am determined to make some sort of amigurumi critter some day! ^^ All the best with your project~!

Yes it is.I chose to do single stitch for it and I started on my second ball of yarn this morning.
